Vega Black is an alt-pop singer and songwriter. She has made her way onto the music scene both as a solo artist, and in bands. Coming off of a recent hiatus to work on her first EP and single, Vega is excited to share the stage and some new music with her fans and friends.
Hawkeye Pierce, the runaway trail of outlaw soul, brings barn-busting country rock and twangy Americana punk to Portland with the conviction and intensity of singer James Pierce’s gospel and soul upbringing. Hawkeye Pierce paints sketches of fast living, hard drinking in the outlaw country tradition and the subsequent heartbreak that comes with the solitary lifestyle.
Atomic Candles is a synth-pop duo from Portland, Oregon. Founded by Wett Nurse bassist, Matt Bullock, he and synth-wizard Lizzy Acker have been blasting the New Wave-inspired goth music and laser light show throughout Portland and the Pacific Northwest since 2016. In 2018 the duo released their newest single, “Scorched Earth.”
No One of Consequence weaves psyched out, country-tinged electric guitars with soulful vocals. It’s the latest musical collaboration for Julia Rosen and Josh Holmes, who’ve been wandering through the shady lanes of Americana and the neon lights of rock and roll together for more than a decade.
The Decliners are a four-piece rock n roll band born in 2005 out of the ashes of several failed band efforts and have since gone on to release six full-length records since that time, including the band’s most recent effort “Modern Death,” released in December 2018. The Decliners have been described as “ear bleeding pop,” and have embarked on several west coast tours over the years, traveling to San Diego, LA, Seattle and beyond. Their next record, the vinyl EP “Brandi’s Lament,” will be released later in 2019 by Hovercraft Records.
