Lisa Vasquez is a Sicilian and Argentine bred, Oregon raised Hip Hop / Soul artist, producer, vocalist, drummer and songwriter. Her unique live performance includes live looping, enabling her to layer her beats, vocals and melodic samples on the fly. Gradient: Hailing originally from Japan, Gradient is a dynamic young rapper with an enthusiastic following stretching from “Oregon to Minnesota” (the name of his most popular music video) and beyond. Gradient (Thomas Hiura) combines his honesty, cleverness, and quirky authenticity with deft delivery, lyrical skill, and throwback beats that impress hip-hop heads and casual listeners alike. Since self-releasing his “Blackberries and Bike Rides” and “Born For This” mixtapes in 2013, Gradient has employed his razor-sharp flow and embrace of both humorous and serious topics to establish himself as a fresh and exciting voice in Oregon (where he grew up in Eugene) and Minnesota (where he attends Carleton College).
