The Ramones were an American punk rock band that formed in the New York City neighborhood of Forest Hills, Queens in 1974. They are often cited as the first true punk rock group. Despite achieving only limited commercial success, the band was highly influential in the United States and the U.K. The Beat-On Brats are an attestment of this influence. With over a century of combined experience in musical performance, The Beat-On Brats are the closest most will ever get to experience the power of The Ramones live show . From their appearance to their equipment, from their attitude to their quick succession of songs with The Ramones classic “1, 2, 3, 4!” intro’s, The Beat-On Brats carry on the legacy!

Little hexes’ rocks original odes to maligned and misunderstood characters–a pissed-off Cleopatra, Marie Curie’s unfortunate love affair with Radium, Phineas Gage’s 1848 metamorphosis from all-around nice guy to womanizing lout via a metal spike through the head, and an every-boy’s-(or-girl’s)-fantasy tribute to the Swiss Miss Girl. The band also delivers idiosyncratic mash ups, a Schoolhouse Rock map of the heart.
