Ore is a Portland Oregon based “rock” band. Since their formation in 2017 they have gone through significant metamorphosis. While the initial catalyst for the band was a shared love for heavier music, they developed an interest in more atmospheric sounds and music based in improvisation. Their latest self-titled EP was released July 30th 2021 and is the culmination of developments up to that point, however further work is currently in progress. Ore believes foremost in expression and exploration and does their best to embody these qualities in their performances and recordings.
