The Familiar Names
The Familiar Names are the musical project brainchild of Portland, Oregon based but Illinois-raised multi-instrumentalist Timothy Hornickel. Blending elements of pop, rock, psych, hard rock, punk and many other styles, this project is an eclectic mix of influences and strives to carve out something new on the local garage, rock and indie scenes. John Hartman (Bass) and Colin Ashbaugh (Drums) complete the triad for now with an eye on adding interesting new pieces to the mix in the future.

Matt Nice and the Derls
Former frontman of local SLO county group, The Earthtones. Matt Nice & The Derls have been actively playing shows and putting out records since 2018. They’ve performed at (((folkyea))) events opening for acts like Vieux Farka Touré and Mdou Moctar. Their sound is reminiscent of bands such as Andy Shauf, The Silver Jews, and the Band!

Jeremy Famà
This solo multi-instrumentalist combines jazz, punk, blues and folk with insightful lyrics and melodies. Topics include capitalism, traveling, love and existentialism.
